Meditation

Guided meditations are a wonderful way to relax the body and step back from the stress of everyday life. Many people say they cannot focus long enough to meditate, so a guided meditation is an easy to follow journey to help quiet the conscious mind.

Recorded meditations will be available for download. Each one will be targeted to your specific meditation goals.  

Hypnosis

Hypnosis, when paired with energy work, quiets the conscious mind so as to allow real change to take place. Done in tandem with Reiki, hypnosis allows the client to go into a deeper state of relaxation.

Hypnosis can be used to change all sorts of patterns and behaviors which no longer fit the life you want to live.
